The Grand Secretary and Executive Director of the Masonic Charity Foundation will be conducting two (2) Grand Lodge / Charity Foundation Secretary Workshops for 2020. Delta Lodge #425, 1630 S. 101st E. Ave. Tulsa , OK 74128-4630 on Saturday, January 4, 2020 and India Shrine Temple, 3601 NW 36th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73112.
Attendance by any Lodge Officer, not just Secretaries, is highly encouraged. District Deputy Grand Masters are also welcome. No registration is necessary for the Masonic Charity Foundation portion of the day; however, you must register with the Grand Secretary’s office to attend that portion of the training to assist with the expenses involved.
Each lodge is encouraged to return the registration forms distributed earlier, or utilizing the online form below as soon as possible so that the appropriate arrangements can be prepared. Registration cost for the Grand Lodge portion of the program is $20.00. If you utilize the form below, please send your check into the Grand Lodge at PO Box 1019, Guthrie, OK 73044, or bring it with you to the workshop.
At the Oklahoma City Workshop, the main portion of the Secretary Workshop will be presented by representative(s) present from Grand View Software Communications on the new membership data system we are now using. In Tulsa, there will be a two way video presentation by Grand View Representatives. There will be a question and answer session with the representatives from Grand View at both sessions, however, since Grand View will be present at the Oklahoma City session, you are encouraged to attend that one if possible. Other issues pertinent to daily operation of your lodge will also be covered.
W∴ John Logan, Executive Director of the Masonic Charity Foundation, will provide an overview of the Foundation programs, with emphasis on Matching Funds, Promises Matter and other issues that affect your members and community.

- 12:00 pm Lunch **** Lunch will be available at both venues for the nominal fee of $7.00. ****
- I :00 pm to 3:30 pm Grand Lodge of the State of Oklahoma
